When you request a quote, book a pickup, or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, and details about the items you need removed. We also collect technical information such as your IP address and the pages you visit.
We use your information to match you with a local Tennessee junk removal crew, share your request details with that crew so they can contact you and provide service, and send confirmation and follow-up communications.
SpaceFreed operates as a referral service. When you submit a request, your contact information and job details are shared with the independent Service Partner matched to your location. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
By submitting a request or calling our number, you consent to be contacted by SpaceFreed and the matched Service Partner. Calls to our tracking number may be recorded for quality assurance. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.
